- What made you decide to build EC sites with C-Square?

We heard that C-Square had a strong reputation in building EC sites, so without any hesitation we decided to entrust luxury brands retailing EC site project to C-Square.
As we have expected, they proactively participated in system design and site development from the early phase. Their extraordinary work quality motivated the customer to expand the project scope to include ticket reservation site.
Ever since then, we tied-up in various EC projects such as site development for major manufacturing company, and nation-wide television station. We also worked together in non-EC projects, including web application development for foreign coffee chain, and web/mobile platform development for point managemnet system.

- What is the reason behind this long relationship?

Demanding partners to provide high level of technical service and business know-how is one of the unique aspects of IT industry. When it comes to C-Square, not only do they meet the demands, but they also satisfy us with their corporate culture of sharing project goals and always actively taking the initative in problem-solving.
Moreover these people have wonderful personality, especially the CEO.

- How do you envision future relationship with C-Square?

We would like to further enrich our relationship by providing our EC package ‘Xspeecs’ to C-Square’s customers.

- Can you briefly introduce about your package ‘Xspeecs’?

Electronic commerce and mail order business are getting more and more complicated. This package is designed to build a system that can cover and manage the overall operations. By merging customer information divided by various channels into a single system, customer management such as order and point history, and inquiries can be centralized, resulting in higher customer satisfaction. Moreover order process, devlivery management, and payment management for multi sales channel can be all handled by this single package. Furhtermore, RFM analysis, stereotyped reports such as sales record, and on/offline campaign and promotion measurements are also provided.
